Why cans?

Once sealed in the can, the finished dishes undergo a pasteurisation process. This is a preservation technique using suitably adjusted heating of food products to destroy or inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms or enzymes while preserving the taste of the products and avoiding a reduction in their nutritional value. It is a well-known method that was already used by our grandmothers to achieve a long shelf life without using artificial additives.

In addition, a good-quality can is durable and safe to store and transport.
